Courtney
Director of Operations
Hi, my name is Courtney, and I’m the Director of Operations at Tree Frog. I started with Tree Frog when we first opened as the Director in York. I’ve been in childcare for over 4 years and have completed my Child Development Associate Credential. To further my education, I am currently working on my director credentials through the states of Maine and New Hampshire.
I have two wonderful little ladies at home. My family enjoys spending time with our family and friends, and we love to go camping. I’m excited to continue my journey with Tree Frog and watch it continue to grow!
Tamera Peek
Director of Berwick
My name is Tamera Peek, and I was born and raised in New Hampshire. I have one adult son who currently resides in Florida. I’m a proud graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
From a young age, I have had a passion for children and their well-being. I started my childcare career in 1992 and continued until 2003, working in various childcare settings before owning and operating my own licensed family childcare center.
In 2003, my life took a different direction, and I entered the administrative professional world. Most recently, I served as an Administrative Assistant in a New Hampshire municipality and also served on the school board of a local private school for several years.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, gardening, listening to podcasts, and reading. I’m excited to see where my new adventure with Tree Frog Learning Center takes me.
Emily
Assistant Director of Berwick
Hi, my name is Miss Emily!
I currently reside in York, Maine, which is where I began my journey with Tree Frog when we opened our first location there in 2022. Initially, I toured the center before it opened as a new mother of two children looking for childcare, but additionally accepted a position at the center. I started as an assistant teacher in the infant room and have moved through all positions since then. I earned my Child Development Associate Credential, and shortly after, I accepted the position of Assistant Director of the Berwick location when it opened. I have loved watching the children grow and develop, and I am so happy that I found my home within Tree Frog!

Hello, my name is Stephanie! I am a passionate Director in childcare with over ten years of experience in nurturing minds. My journey began after college, where I pursued a degree in Culinary Arts, enriching my understanding of nutrition and its impact on development.
Growing up in a military family instilled in me values of discipline, resilience, and service, which I bring to my role every day. As a proud parent of three wonderful children, I understand the joys and challenges of balancing care, education, and play in a nurturing environment.
My approach is rooted in respect and positivity, fostering a supportive atmosphere where each child’s unique potential is encouraged and celebrated. I am committed to collaborating with staff, parents, and the community to ensure every child receives the best possible care and educational experience. Together, we create a place where children thrive and families feel confident and valued.

Assistant Director of Rochester
My name is Kaula Elmore, I am the Assistant Director and Lead Toddler Teacher at Tree Frog Learning Center, where I combine my extensive experience and passion for early childhood education. With a background in Early Childhood Education from the University of New Hampshire and Animal Science from Florida State University, I have dedicated the past six years to nurturing and inspiring young minds.
My true passion lies in working with toddlers, though my experience spans a wide range of ages. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy the great outdoors, whether it’s hiking, camping, or traveling. I also cherish quality time with my family, friends, and beloved dog, Colby. My commitment to both my work and personal interests reflects my vibrant and well-rounded approach to life.
Dana
Director of York
Hello, my name is Miss Dana! I am a Kittery native, raising my three children, Ella, Lillian, and Ryan, in the same house I grew up in with my husband Ben and our dog Finn.
Growing up in childcare, quite literally, as my mother ran an in-home daycare for most of my life, I have over 13 years of experience and education in childcare, along with my Child Development Associate Credential. I came to Tree Frog not initially looking for a job but instead found family in our little community, and I’ve never looked back! I love my team and all the children we care for every day. It is a wonderful feeling to wake up every morning excited to go to work, and that is just what I have here as the Director of our York center!
