Parent Communications

ProCare Connect

Our Center uses a program called ProCare Connect to track your child’s activities and care throughout each day. The system requires your email address to link you with the program. You will be sent an automated welcome letter from ProCare Connect to this email address so you may sign up. You can choose how often you are notified throughout the day, whether at each recorded event or just the summary at the end of the day.
 

Parent Information Board, Facebook & Website

The parent board will be located at the front entrance, it will contain monthly information for parents. Here you can find curriculum guidelines, activities and any important information containing that month. Tree Frog will also have a Facebook page, Tree Frog Learning Center. We will be posting pictures and information on a regular basis.
 

Morning Drop Off

It is very important that you sign your child in and out of their classrooms, with the QR code located in the foyer. We ask that parents allow for a few minutes each morning for updating staff with important information that might impact your child’s day. We encourage you to keep us informed about changes in your child’s sleep pattern or physical and emotional health, so your child’s teacher is prepared to support any additional need your child might have during the day.
